You will perform tasks according to blueprints or models, both for small and large series. The job will include repairs and upgrades. Work involves traditional turning (3 machines) up to 1200 mm diameter (flanges), with the capability to work up to 650 mm x 2500 mm between centers. You will also work with CNC turning machines (6 machines) up to 650 mm diameter (flanges), with the capability to work up to 450 mm x 2000 mm between centers, including fully automated work with bar feeding and driven tools. Your tasks will also include cutting key grooves up to 32 mm wide x 300 mm high. Experience with the Fanuc control system is required, as well as the ability to program directly on the equipment (Siemens, Mazatrol, or CAD).
